Domain Sentry ("we", "us") respects your privacy and complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and, where applicable, the GDPR. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Account data (name, email, hashed password), the domain names you add for monitoring, your alert preferences, and payment metadata returned by our payment processors (Razorpay / Stripe). We never store full card numbers.
To run daily WHOIS and SSL checks on domains you submit, send you expiry alerts via email and WhatsApp, process subscriptions, and improve the service. Domain WHOIS/SSL data is public information retrieved from registries and certificate authorities.
We share data only with processors that run the service: our payment gateways, email/WhatsApp delivery providers, and hosting. We do not sell your data.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing support@aiskillhub.info. We delete account data within 30 days of a verified request.
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure in secured data centres. Passwords are hashed. Backups are taken daily and retained for 14 days.
